Munich - the owner of a python was not too afraid of his pet when it was still in his terrarium. But on Tuesday evening the snake escaped into his flat on Romanstraße. The reptile, about 1 meter in length, slipped from his owner's grasp after taking it out of the terrarium. Since he no longer was able to catch the pet himself, he called the fire department. Two firefighters were able to capture the animal quickly and wanted to hand it over to its owner again, but he no longer wanted the reptile to be in his house.  The snake is being taken care of by a skilled firefighter before the final decision on its relocation is taken.
