Effectiveness of Ukraine's Strikes on Russian Oil Refineries in Focus

As the conflict between Ukraine and Russia continues, recent data reveals the significant impact of Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries. Since early August, Ukraine has launched extensive strikes against these facilities, demonstrating a level of effectiveness that is beginning to affect Russia's fuel exports critically.

Reports from the United Nations Human Rights Office indicate that since early 2022, over 15,000 individuals have been detained in Russian-occupied areas of Ukraine, with many allegedly subjected to torture.
