Christoph Ertl Appointed as Press Secretary for Minister Korinna Schumann

Christoph Ertl has officially taken on the role of Press Secretary for Federal Minister Korinna Schumann, filling the vacancy left by Doris Vettermann. This appointment completes the communication team alongside Raffaela Kratzer and Martin Mandl.

Minister Korinna Schumann expressed her gratitude to Doris Vettermann for her dedicated contributions during a critical period and welcomed Christoph Ertl, citing his extensive experience as a valuable addition to the team.

Ertl brings years of expertise in public relations, particularly within the health and social sectors. His previous roles include serving as the spokesperson for Lower Austria's Regional Council member Karin Scheele and as Press Secretary for Federal Minister Alois Stöger, where he managed communications for health, transport, and social affairs.

His career also included positions as spokesperson for the management of the Social Fund of Vienna and as Press Secretary for the Second President of the National Council, Doris Bures. Most recently, Ertl worked at Health Austria GmbH, where he played a significant role in shaping public health communication strategies.
