About Zum Brennerwirt

Welcome to Zum Brennerwirt, hosted by Rainer and Daniela Gauß. The restaurant, opened in October 2016, enchants its guests not only with its unique location featuring a beer garden with old trees and a sun-kissed terrace but also with a significant portion of the food produced on-site. The menu includes up to 30 different types of brandies and liqueurs, as well as organic beef, lamb, organic chickens and eggs, organic pasta, jams, and organic vinegar produced at the 'Knolpershof'. Guests appreciate the on-site distillery, vinegar factory, and farm shop. The restaurant can accommodate 65 guests in the cozy dining area and up to 75 guests in the lovingly designed wooden gable hall for family celebrations, anniversaries, or birthdays. The beer garden offers up to 150 seats.
