Our kitchen offers the culinary diversity of Franconia – traditional, down-to-earth, but also creative. We cook without the use of flavor enhancers and artificial aromas, focusing on fresh, regional, balanced, and seasonal ingredients. We place great importance on the type and particularly on the regional origin of the products used. Meat and vegetable trimmings are processed into sauces, broths, and stocks. We invite you to our cozy tavern – a gem where you can dine stylishly and celebrate heartily – in the vaulted cellar with 35 to 45 people and in the tiled stove room with 20 to 22 people.
