Winzerhof Stahl is one of the most progressive wineries in Southern Germany, with over 50 hectares of cultivation area. The former agricultural operation in Auernhofen near Rothenburg ob der Tauber has been owned by the Stahl family since 1814 and has developed into a showcase business with a winery, fine dining restaurant, vinotheque, and event location under the leadership of Christian Stahl and his wife Simone over the past 20 years.
