Only LEDs are installed.In addition to our self-developed and built furniture made of high-quality wood and steel profiles, we can equip almost any event.Our set-up team finds customised solutions for special requirements.This saves transport routes and packaging material.Catering - foodThanks to our in-house kitchen, we avoid the need for an external catering company to deliver the food.Our kitchen is orientated towards nature and the seasons.It also sources food from regional producers with whom we have personal contact.All dishes are prepared from fresh ingredients and are handmade.Organic farming, species-appropriate animal husbandry and biodynamic farming methods are natural criteria for our choice of products.Catering - BeveragesOur range of drinks is mainly sourced from regional producers and local suppliers, so we try to minimise the carbon footprint of our deliveries.We hire crockery, glasses and furniture from local companies.When using disposable crockery, we use recyclable pacovis made from bamboo.ElectricityWe purchase green electricity from Stadtwerke Stuttgart. This is generated 100% from renewable energy from water and wind power.Ventilation / heatingIt is possible to ventilate and heat individual parts of the hall, which saves unnecessary consumption.RecyclingWe recycle our waste with Karle Recycling, who dispose of their waste in a certified sustainable manner.Supporting programmeWe are happy to work with artists from the affiliated art association to provide a varied supporting programme.Here we use the direct neighbourly contact which, among other things, saves us travel and CO².
