SUSHIYA BENTO SHOP was our first venture into the sushi business in Munich, operating from early 2006 until the end of 2009. It was located at Altheimer Eck 1 and specialized in take-out sushi. The name 'SUSHIYA' translates to 'sushi shop' in Japanese, reflecting our commitment to authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant sansaro, opened in 2007, serves as our main establishment where sushi for the SUSHIYA BENTO SHOP was produced. Our focus is on providing high-quality sushi in a setting that embraces Japanese culture.
