Growing up between two cultures, we have experienced the diversity and challenges that this blend brings. Our parents instilled in us values such as hospitality, respect, and hard work, which are deeply rooted in Turkish culture and appreciated in German society. With over 20 years of professional experience, we have learned many facets of gastronomy: from the kitchen to service and management.
