Welcome to the Seidtenhof information page in Baiersbronn. Our farm is one of the oldest preserved farms in the Murgtal. We still actively engage in agriculture today. Our cows, calves, and Pinzgauer breed cattle are kept in a modern newly built open stall. In summer, they spend most of their time in the pasture. We actively contribute to the maintenance of our cultural landscape and habitat care. Since February 2022, we have also kept a small herd of laying hens in a mobile stall. The hens enjoy daily pasture access. Animal welfare and biodiversity are just as important to us as regional cycles and sustainable practices. For these reasons, we process and market our high-quality products such as organic beef, organic eggs, and organic soup hens directly on-site. Many delicious farm specialties are created in our kitchen. We regularly offer great meat packages from our organic cattle, slaughtered close to home, matured, and customer-friendly packaged. Price list – available by pre-order only. Our farm kitchen and beer garden are open for you on Sundays and holidays from 12 PM to 7 PM.
