The restaurant was opened in 2022 with a focus on environmental protection and animal welfare, offering traditional dishes without fish, based on a purely plant-based cuisine. Our vegan kitchen concept is well received by locals and tourists alike. We create sushi that stands out visually, using red wild rice, which is more nutritious than regular white rice.
