Schuhmannskeller Bischberg is a rustic beer cellar that has been serving guests since its opening on May 15, 1873. Known for its locally brewed Sonnenbier and delicious Brotzeiten, it offers a warm atmosphere with excellent food and service. The venue is still owned by the Schuhmann family, and since early 2014, it has been managed by Thomas Weis and his competent team.
