Welcome to Samainhof – a place to breathe, experience, and fall in love! Nestled in the gentle hills of the Oberpfalz, our farm is a small paradise full of life, tranquility, and nature. Here, horses neigh, chickens cluck, and peacocks strut through the grass, allowing everyone to simply be. About 80 horses live with us – they are the heart and soul of our farm. In our riding school, we gently guide beginners and advanced riders on their journey into the saddle. For those who want to dive deeper, our riding courses offer experienced instructors who sensitively support both horse and rider. For special moments, we offer cozy carriage rides, adventurous trail rides, and unforgettable hours in nature. Children are especially welcome here: whether in our nature and forest kindergarten, during exciting holiday camps with overnight stays in a tipi, or a very special children's birthday party – here, playing, marveling, and listening await. The farm animals – Scottish Highland cattle, goats, rabbits, cats, a loving farm dog, and many more – are waiting for little explorers. For those who simply want to let their soul dangle, there is peace in our sauna, enjoyment in the cozy Samain Cafe with a beautiful beer garden, or a stay in a lovingly designed holiday apartment – or in a treehouse in the middle of the forest, all for themselves yet connected to everything.
