Our chef, Viet Dung Nguyen, has expanded our menu to include traditional dishes from the famous street kitchens of Vietnam. The authentic Vietnamese cuisine is characterized by its lightness and freshness, using fresh herbs such as coriander, mint, and Thai basil. Sam Son Restaurant has 40 seats and an additional 60 seats in the beer garden during the summer.
