About Restaurant Kollerinsel

Welcome to Restaurant Kollerinsel, where enjoyment meets the beautiful nature! The Kollerhof kitchen is known for its passion for traditional dishes and high standards for the ingredients used: regionality, seasonality, and quality. Freshness takes on a whole new meaning here! We prepare dishes using game from the Kollerinsel hunting grounds, beef from our own cattle, pork from the Swabian-Hallish farm, turkey from a Palatinate producer, potatoes and vegetables from the Kollerhof fields, apples and apple juice from our orchards, and honey from our own beekeeping, all complemented by garden herbs, tomatoes, and berries from our chef's garden. The Italian culinary school combines these components into true culinary delights. Integrated into the riding hall but spatially separated by large panoramic windows, we offer space for about 70 guests. On our terrace and in the beer garden, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding meadows and the Rhine under shady umbrellas.
