RAGAZZI Pizzeria Neapolitana specializes in authentic Neapolitan pizza, prepared according to the UNESCO-recognized tradition. Our dough is allowed to rest for up to 48 hours in a special maturation chamber, making the pizza very easy to digest. We use San Marzano DOP tomatoes, which have been ripening at the foot of Vesuvius since 1770, considered the queen of tomatoes. Our pizza is topped with Fior di Latte from Agerola DOP, made according to traditional craftsmanship. We bake our pizza in a special oven from Naples that reaches temperatures over 450°C, resulting in a perfectly baked pizza in just 90 seconds.
