Alongside our own young family, we also count our extended relatives in Iran and everyone who loves food and the traditions of Persia! In this spirit, we prepare our dishes, which reflect the diversity of our family and the different regions of Persia, daily according to original recipes, using only fresh ingredients from the market. We aim to present to you the harmony of the flavors of our homeland, from various nut and fruit types to real saffron and unique tea varieties that we, for example, harvest from our own garden in Northern Iran.
