Here we serve handmade dishes prepared by chef Danh Lê, who previously cooked in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Our menu combines flavors from Asia – particularly Japan and Vietnam – with a creative European presentation. Whether bold tapas creations, intense ramen variations, beef tartare, or tacos with black sesame dressing – each dish tells its own flavor story.
