The restaurant Mémoires d’Indochine was created with the aim of conveying fascinating impressions of the original, beautiful, and romantic Indochine both culinarily and emotionally. Fresh and healthy ingredients, thoughtfully crafted recipes based on family traditions, and typical Southeast Asian cooking methods characterize the quality of our dishes. Our dishes fill the space with the scent of lemongrass, ginger, curry, and other aromas from the Indochine countries – Vietnam and Laos. The cuisine of Mémoires d’Indochine is a fusion of traditional cooking from Vietnam and Laos and the influential 'Cuisine française' from the Indochine colonial period.
