Mókuska Kaffeerösterei is Stuttgart's first specialty coffee roastery, founded in 2014 to kickstart the long-awaited third-wave movement of specialty coffee in Stuttgart. They buy and roast only directly and transparently traded Arabica and Canephora raw coffee from their coffee producers and trading partners. They are in constant communication with them and passionately support the understanding of the diverse flavors of high-quality specialty coffee.
