Our chef, Martin Maisterl, a master butcher and meat sommelier, aims to offer customers not only traditional products but also a new world of enjoyment. With the takeover of the Kuhn butcher shop in Kaufering, his heartfelt project continues to grow, aiming to unite high-quality butcher craftsmanship, regional quality, and a unique culinary experience at multiple locations.
