Stuttgart is closely linked to the history of MAGAZIN. The company was founded here in 1971 in a backyard, when some brave pioneers began to repurpose products from the industrial and working world for the home and everyday life. Since 1981, the Stuttgart store has been located at its current site on Lautenschlagerstraße. While the premises have changed, the founders' attitude has remained: On 750 square meters, there is an unusual and surprising assortment of furnishings for indoors, outdoors, and on the go. In today's store, you can experience, try out, and touch the entire MAGAZIN range of products – the staff are knowledgeable about our products and brands and are happy to assist with questions, planning, and orders. The stores also offer additional brands, expanded assortments, and configuration options: colors, shapes, and materials – system furniture has its home here. Delivery and assembly are carried out by in-house fitters. MAGAZIN is a dealer, designer, and producer: And if the market does not provide what we want, we make products ourselves. We then develop our own designs or the product concepts of external designers from the drawing to series production. The MAGAZIN products: ecologically thought out, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and of high physical quality.
