Welcome to Manns Bräu – a traditional Franconian brewery inn and beer garden in Bayreuth with self-brewed beers and typical home-style cooking in a rustic atmosphere. The Bayreuth beer and inn culture would be unthinkable without our inn, built in 1750 and still in operation today. The Mann family acquired the property in 1823 and gradually transitioned from bakers to brewers. In 1990, the Manns sold the 'Manns Bräu' to the brewing couple Anna and Hans Hacker. Since 2018, it has been under the leadership of Christian Hacker. We are proud to be a meeting point and second living room for many Bayreuth residents, who appreciate our delicious Franconian beer, hearty dishes, and cozy, casual atmosphere.
