The Kunstverein Wagenhalle has built a unique production area in the former waggon repair shop of the Königlich Württembergischen Staats-Eisenbahn (Royal Wurttemberg State Railway) The Wagenhalle and the accompanying buildings house studios and workshops of artists and cultural workers of all kinds of arts.The Kunstverein offers two eventlocations (Projektraum, Tor 5) and also a lobby, an inner yard and additional outside areas.
