Kunstfabrik Schlot is a jazz club in Berlin-Mitte that has been operating since 1993. It is commonly referred to as 'the' or occasionally 'the Schlot' by both operators and the audience. Originally established as a small live stage on the western edge of the former district of Prenzlauer Berg, the Schlot has become one of the major and regionally significant venues of its kind in the German capital after moving to new premises near Nordbahnhof.
