KAISERS GUTE BACKSTUBE – YOUR QUALITY BAKER IN THE REGION! With 44 bakery specialty shops and about 500 employees, we are among the leading bakeries in southern Baden. At our location in Ehrenkirchen near Freiburg, we process selected raw materials into particularly high-quality baked specialties with master craftsmanship. The company, which has been family-owned since its founding in 1948, combines a sustainable expansion course with the strengths of a long-established quality awareness. In our bakery, quality and care are of utmost priority, starting with the selection of raw materials. We primarily use natural and carefully selected raw materials, organic flour, and organic grain, with ingredients such as eggs from free-range farming and seasonal fruits sourced from local farmers. The avoidance of ready-made mixtures, artificial emulsifiers, or dough acidifiers in the entire bread and roll range is also a matter of honor. In production, the motto is: quality takes time, and we give our products that time. Therefore, the completely self-made dough varieties receive long resting and maturation times to develop more flavor, freshness, and durability. We have the quality of our baked goods confirmed through regular inspections by a hygiene and quality assurance institute. All organic products are also certified according to the EU Organic Regulation. Regular training opportunities for employees in the Kaiser Academy further express our commitment to quality and service.
