The HITech Zentrum is designed as a modern office and commercial center. The architecture reflects this situation. Three slightly shifted buildings are embedded in a varied landscape with several ponds. This creates dynamic spaces between the individual structures, oriented towards the surrounding landscape, especially the nearby wooded Steinbachtal.
