Hawara is a small restaurant with its own vegetable garden. Located between the Black Forest, Alsace, and Upper Rhine, we serve a cuisine where the quality of the products, proximity to producers, and nature serve as guiding elements. We view the products as a whole and give processes time and maturity. Our dishes and menus are constantly changing and closely tied to the respective season in the fields.
