Welcome! Our menu offers a wide selection of changing dishes made from beef, pork, turkey, and fish, as well as a large variety of vegetarian dishes and a changing selection of fine cakes and homemade ice cream. Let us surprise and pamper you with excellent service from the National Park Gastronomy team. Our restaurant is certified organic, presenting regional, fair, and ecological cuisine. In our light-filled restaurant and on the large sun terrace, we spoil you with delicacies from the region, as well as ice cream and cakes from our own pastry shop. We source about 90% of our food from the national park districts and the region to promote local structures, create jobs, and preserve regional characteristics and landscapes. Since May 2007, we have been a certified organic restaurant (DE-ÖKO-003-Control Body) with 70% of our products being organically produced. Our goal is to sustainably preserve the natural foundations of plants, animals, and humans, contributing actively to environmental and resource protection.
