The Jägerhaus in Röthenbach is a stylish Franconian old building with a garden and has a great tradition. Today, it is run by owner Dana Ammon with much empathy, expertise, and creativity. Previously, she managed the Landgasthof zur Krone in Laufamholz for over 25 years, which became a renowned restaurant known far beyond the borders of Nuremberg under her leadership. This tradition continues in the Jägerhaus in Röthenbach.
