The fresh meat is prepared on a lava stone gas grill. Technical aids such as a microwave or combi steamers are not found in our kitchen. If you wish for larger steaks than those on our menu, please feel free to ask us. Since we cut fresh from the strand, we are happy to fulfill your request for an additional charge. The salad is only arranged when the order is in the kitchen. We serve the dressing separately, so you as a guest can decide whether to eat the salad before the meat, with it, or afterwards. On weekends, we also offer grilled trout - fresh from the farm in Blaustein - but only as long as supplies last. However, you can reserve a trout when making your table reservation.
