About Fred Steak & Pasta

The philosophy of our kitchen is that good taste can only come from good products. Good cuisine does not need embellishment, but quality. With Fred at the stove and Christine with the guests, the menu can change spontaneously and creatively, depending on what inspires Fred during shopping. Our wines are sourced directly from Italy from small selected wineries. We offer selected meat quality for our steaks and use organic products from Felicetti in Italy for our pasta dishes. The Pinsa is made from a mixture of wheat, rice, and soy flour, which has risen with sourdough for 72 hours.
