Our family-run business, located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Ehingen, aims to share this dream with you, dear guests, in a pleasant manner. With much love, we have renovated the restaurant and hotel to create a cozy atmosphere, highlighted by unique details such as our historic oak staircase, slanted walls and ceiling heights, antiques, and even a few more steps. In our restaurant, master chef and host Marc Bürkle delights your palate with culinary delights from the Swabian and seasonal cuisine. The renovated and newly designed rooms offer, among other things, a view over the rooftops of Ehingen.
