Since 2008 the family owned business has successfully served extravagant sushi dishes alongside a typical, traditional cuisine. The menu of both restaurants is based on the origin of Vietnamese kitchen extended with Japanese and Latin American influences. The Dudu-family is from Vietnam. Therefore, memories of the homeland and traditional methods are the foundation of all flavours and dishes.
