Welcome to Der Stern Restaurant & Bar. My name is Christian, and my journey here has been anything but ordinary. I used to give my all on the football field, and now I stand with my wonderful team in the kitchen and service, with the same dedication, passion, and heart. After my active career, I returned to my hometown of Schwabach to create a place where people can feel comfortable, enjoy good food, and experience special moments. Thus, our Der Stern Restaurant & Bar was born - a piece of home with character, warmth, and real flavor. For over two years, my team and I have been cooking with enthusiasm, driven by a passion for quality, delightful products, and great camaraderie. There is no stagnation for us; big visions and new ideas are our motivation. In 2025, we will also open our Stern Garden at the city park next to the Schwabacher Parkbad, a beer garden in line with our motto 'Franconian modern'. Come by and be surprised.
