Welcome to Restaurant Cédric, located in the beautiful town center of Weinstadt-Beutelsbach. Experience the rustic charm combined with subtle modern influences in our traditional dining rooms. Our regional seasonal menu features five harmoniously coordinated culinary delights, complemented by a suitable wine pairing. A vegetarian option is available for our meat-free guests. Since March 26, 2024, Cédric Staudenmayer has been awarded his first Michelin star and the Young Chef Award 2024 in Hamburg. In a cozy atmosphere, we present an excellent, young, and understandable cuisine, shaped by regional products yet with a global culinary perspective. Cédric Staudenmayer is the grandson of the former Krone host Otto Koch. He trained as a chef at Restaurant Cube in Stuttgart under Michael Bahn and further developed his skills at Restaurant Ophelia in Konstanz with Dirk Hoberg. Significant stages followed, such as the Schwarzwaldstube-Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn with Torsten Michel. When talent, skill, and diligence come together, guests can expect an exciting culinary experience.
