Our bakers start their day at 1 AM, preparing doughs and baking on-site with traditional methods and our own recipes. Our pastry chefs create exquisite wedding cakes and seasonal specialties, along with daily fresh cream cakes and sweet treats. We are known for our unique creations like the Heidelberg Castle Cake and Cheese-Caramel Cream. We open our doors at 5:30 AM in Jahnstraße 34, Heidelberg-Neuenheim, welcoming customers with a smile.
