In our bakery, bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries are made daily in artisanal quality. Guests can enjoy this variety at the breakfast buffet. All other guests can visit our shop in the main building with a café as well as our branch by the lake. Bread, rolls, cakes, and fine pastries are handcrafted in our bakery directly in the house. Traditional long dough fermentation and the use of natural sourdoughs give our baked goods their characteristic taste. The grain for our whole grain products is freshly milled daily in the Schnitzermühle. For special occasions, we are happy to deliver cakes, tortes, or our popular party pastries. In our café, you can enjoy our homemade baked goods, cakes, and tortes, coffee specialties, or a glass of wine or a hearty snack during store hours.
