Our kitchen stands for traditional Franconian coziness and modern taste alike. We continue to offer all our dishes for takeout. Additionally, Chef Christian Zwanzger regularly comes up with new, creative specialty beers. In our small brewing facility (max. 80 liters), unique brews like 'Liquid Green', 'Büchsenöffner', and 'Zipperlesbock' are regularly created.
