Brauerei Rittmayer is one of the oldest family-run breweries in Germany, with roots dating back to 1422. Originally established as a noble brewery, it once supplied the hunting lodge in Hallerndorf. The brewery was awarded its own coat of arms by the Count of Kulmbach for the exceptional quality of its beer. Master brewer Georg Rittmayer takes pride in the centuries-old brewing tradition of his house, which has developed into a successful medium-sized enterprise under his leadership. The carefully curated selection includes around 20 types of beer, including three seasonal specialties.
