Bäckerei Hahn has been baking with love for over 100 years. In the fifth generation of our family business, we passionately produce fresh bread and baked goods daily for our customers. Quality, freshness, and artisanal tradition are our top priorities. In late 2017, Charlotte and Alfons Ebner handed over their traditional bakery in Regensburg to us due to age and lack of succession. Under the common brand Bäckerei Hahn, we present ourselves authentically, warmly, and with a focus on quality, modernity, and future orientation.
