These specially constructed, stable cabinets are accessible to everyone around the clock, allowing individuals to anonymously donate or take books without any formalities. The initiative began in 2007 with the Wiesloch citizens' foundation and has since expanded to include multiple locations, fostering a community of readers and book lovers.
