For over 18 years, owner Zenaida Panganiban has been developing pan-Asian recipe creations, creatively combining traditional Asian cuisine with experimental cross-over dishes. As a cookbook and recipe author, she has published numerous recipes in publications such as Stern and Südwest Verlag. Ms. Panganiban has also been a long-time instructor for Asian cuisine at adult education centers in Planegg and Starnberg. All dishes are prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Vegans and vegetarians will also find some favorite dishes at Bambus. It is worth mentioning that all dishes are prepared without glutamate.
