Now also open on Saturdays! Our kitchen is staffed by experts! A light and crispy pizza base made from seven ingredients and kneaded in the Italian way. The triumph of pasta only fully developed in Naples in the 17th and 18th centuries. While it was common to season it with sugar and cook it for a long time (at least 1 hour) during the Renaissance at court, pasta dishes only became hearty later, and the ideal of 'al dente' emerged. So short cooking times, so that the pasta still has bite. Pasta with tomato sauce was first mentioned in 1844. Our salads are freshly prepared daily from seasonal and regional products.
