The building was originally constructed at the end of the 19th century as a factory for fittings and metal goods. Since the 1970s, it has borne the name of Aqua-Butzke-Werke AG, a company that manufactured sanitary fittings. The renowned architect and government architect Georg Lewy gave the façade a striking appearance with a combination of colored clinker brick, pilasters and round arches and decorated it richly with Art Nouveau elements that still exude a special architectural charm today.With a total of six separately usable rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, guests have a wide range of options to customize their event.
