Antikhotel Steinbacher Hof is a romantic boutique hotel with the charm of bygone days, located near the Rennsteig. Established in August 2012, the hotel has been renovated during the 2020/21 lockdown. The building, under monument protection, dates back to around 1780 and is situated in the heart of the recognized spa town of Steinbach am Wald, directly next to the municipal administration and opposite the Wehrkirche St. Johannes Baptista. Guests can enjoy individually designed rooms and culinary impressions from the kitchen that avoids industrial convenience products, using only love as an additive. The hotel is powered by eco-friendly electricity and features a pellet heating system. The small team, led by Michael and Christine Bauer, welcomes guests to not just be visitors but to become part of the family.
