Our baklava is made with many thin layers of dough, butter, sugar syrup, and nuts (mostly pistachios, but also walnuts or hazelnuts). Since 2010, we have been committed to the belief that true baklava can only be made by hand. Each layer of dough is folded by hand, and every layer of nuts is carefully placed, giving our baklava a unique taste and incomparable texture.
