32° | "Die Werkstatt für Genuss" is a manufactory located in a historic vault in the heart of Augsburg. Our goal is to rediscover tradition with handcrafted organic baked goods made from doughs based on in-house recipes with extra long resting times for freshness and aroma. We consciously avoid baking agents, additives, and flour treatment agents. Our concept is based on the three pillars of quality, sustainability, and appreciation. Long-term partnerships with suppliers, customers, employees, and our planet are close to our hearts. In our open organic bakery, you can see how our bakers passionately and skillfully carry out their daily work. You can watch as our organic raw materials are weighed and kneaded into doughs, our favorite bread is shaped, or the cinnamon rolls are freshly rolled and baked multiple times a day.
