Welcome to 19grams Alex, a spacious roastery and café that offers not only exceptional coffee and the freshest roasts but also a conference room for hosting workshops. The café features a combination of industrial charm and warm wooden tones, reminiscent of Australian cafés. We serve fresh brunch and breakfast daily, along with salads and other warm dishes, making it perfect for a business lunch or a relaxing break from shopping. Our roastery is a generous open space with large glass windows, allowing guests to observe the roasting process. We roast our coffees fresh every Monday and Wednesday, and we also offer various coffee courses in our lab.
