Ukraine Experiences Its First Drone-Free Night of 2025

In a significant development, Ukraine has recorded its first night without drone attacks in 2025, marking a notable pause in the ongoing conflict with Russia. Reports from the Ukrainian Air Force indicate that while no drones were deployed, two cruise missiles were launched during the night. Fortunately, both missiles were intercepted successfully, ensuring the safety of Ukrainian airspace.

This marks the first instance of a drone-free night since December of the previous year. Since then, the Russian military has consistently targeted Ukrainian territories, particularly during nighttime, deploying a staggering number of combat and decoy drones. According to Ukrainian officials, over 10,700 drones have been utilized since the beginning of the year, with more than 4,200 recorded just in March alone.
